Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise agreed

Expedited requests should be discussed prior to purchase

Processing times exclude Sundays and major holidays

Shipping Method & Insurance

All watches are shipped fully insured

Signature confirmation is required upon delivery

Orders are shipped via a reputable carrier to ensure secure transit

In case of refund due to damaged items, we require customers to take a video of themselves opening the completely sealed package to see that the damage took place before order was received.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after label creation.

Shipping Limitations

Reon Timepieces currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped.
