How long does it take for an order to ship?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within two to three business days. Purchases made after 12 PM are handled on the next business day. Business days do not include Sundays or major holidays. If you need expedited shipping, feel free to contact us prior to purchase and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Bank Wire – Preferred for high-value transactions
Zelle – Available for approved purchases
Cash – Accepted for local, pre-approved meetups only

Our watches are carefully sourced from trusted industry partners, authorized retailers, and private collectors. Each piece is reviewed and authenticated before being listed to ensure it meets our standards.

Are the watches you sell guaranteed to be authentic?
Yes. Authenticity is fundamental to Reon Timepieces. Every watch undergoes a detailed inspection process to verify originality, condition, and accuracy. We only list pieces we confidently stand behind.
- What happens if there’s an issue with my order?
All sales are final. However, if you receive the wrong item or a watch that is materially different from its description, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost. We require customers to take a video of themselves opening the completely sealed package to see that the damage took place before order was received.
We strongly encourage buyers to ask any questions about sizing, condition, or details before purchasing.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been created.
