We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
We strongly encourage all buyers to ask questions about condition, sizing, or details before completing a purchase. We’re happy to provide additional photos or information to ensure confidence. In case of refund due to damaged items, we require customers to take a video of themselves opening the completely sealed package to see that the damage took place before order was received.
